Our Defence and Security Division is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary design projects in Adelaide.

  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a heavily regulated Defence environment.
  • Engage with clients at senior levels, fostering collaboration across internal teams and delivery partners.
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients.
  • Lead technical and quality assurance activities for nuclear infrastructure design and safety analysis.
  • Develop sovereign skills in Australia, working closely with global practice members.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience leading Defence project delivery in building services, civil or maritime fields.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas, or Rail industries.
  • Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure programs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Current AU security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Understanding of nuclear safety cases or heavily regulated industries.
