UKG Consultant Role Overview

This is a junior level consultant position working with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) software.

  • The role involves contributing to the design and implementation of WFM solutions, ensuring appropriate considerations of customer objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate and problem-solve complex requirements, advise on or configure software, and provide ongoing functional advice.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and relevant certifications.
  • Consider factors such as best use of functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver value-aligned solutions.
  • Work closely with a highly talented consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on UKG (Kronos) software aligned with project schedules.
