This is not a conventional retail opportunity. You will be surrounded by supportive colleagues and managers who trust you and allow you the time to engage with customers to deliver health solutions and claim resolutions that are meaningful to them.
Based in a collaborative environment, you will focus on customer growth activities and be responsible for:
- Offering personalized recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products tailored to customer needs, highlighting the value and benefits of these products for informed decision-making.
- Building relationships within the wider community to foster business and community-based connections that promote the Dental Corporation brand and products, as well as the acquisition of new members.
- Assist existing members with their daily transactions.
- Ensure customers fully understand the value of their health insurance products.
- Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
- Educate members on all the benefits available to them.
