Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cycle counts of on-site materials, accurately tracking and reporting metrics to inventory control leaders. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly objectives and KPIs.">
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.">
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhance inventory accuracy.">
  • Perform daily quality inspections, verifying pick accuracy and providing feedback to warehouse teams to address discrepancies.">
  • Audit warehouse locations to ensure compliance with best practices, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.">

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inventory control, preferably with knowledge of WARP, MOS/MES, SAP, or equivalent systems.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel (intermediate level required).">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data analysis and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.">
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 20kg regularly, with the ability to obtain certification to operate mobile equipment within 30 days (valid Australian driver's license required).">
