About This Role

A Project Manager is required to lead and manage complex electrical building projects from inception to completion.

  • Manage high-value projects with budgets up to $20m, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, guaranteeing quality, programme compliance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing new build projects with electrical and mechanical scope, strong subcontractor management and stakeholder engagement skills. They should be process-driven with excellent problem-solving capability and hold a relevant qualification, such as Certificate IV in Project Management.

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, including the installation of switchboards, electrical services, mechanical integration, and builders' works.
  • Ensure all works comply with statutory and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within new build projects, preferably with electrical, building services, or related sectors.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or relevant qualification.
