About Your New Job:
You will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts. Key duties include:
1. Identifying and investigating the root cause of disputes raised.
2. Engaging internal stakeholders and customers to mediate or negotiate resolutions.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a lasting impression is left with customers.
4. Updating account information in the accounting system as necessary.
About You:
We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, you should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, prioritize tasks, and work in a demanding environment while exercising sound judgment. Self-motivation, proactivity, and enthusiasm are also essential. A proven background in dispute resolution management is highly desirable.
