About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Program Manager to lead our major ERP implementation project. As the Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a training roadmap to meet the needs of end-users
  • Design and deliver training sessions to end-users, including Train the Trainer for SMEs and Super Users
  • Assess and execute the project training plan, materials, and programs to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
  • Identify and address potential gaps or weaknesses in training materials or programs
  • Monitor and report on training adherence and progress
  • Monitor and report on training risks and identify mitigation strategies
About You
  • At least 5 years' experience in delivering training initiatives
  • Experience in major change initiatives and transformation
  • Professional qualifications in change or training delivery strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives
  • Experience in ERP systems and Articulate e-learning software highly regarded
