Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to showcase your leadership skills and experience in the construction industry?

We are seeking an experienced Civil Operations Lead to join our team at Unyte Eastern, based in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales.

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading site-based operations, working closely with front-line labor, our Superintendent, and clients.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring safe and efficient delivery of civil works across the Hunter Valley and regional NSW. You will also be expected to maintain strong client relationships, manage site safety and environmental compliance, and act as the focal point for all trades and labor in your area.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years relevant civil construction experience
  • Relevant experience in delivering projects over $5 million and leading large teams under various contract models
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • A proven track record in delivering complete contract scope on time, under budget, and with a high-quality product
