Theatre Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Marketing & Development Manager to join our team at the Sydney Coliseum Theatre. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing audience development initiatives and placemaking strategies that elevate our theatre's profile.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain both new and existing audiences.
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to various channels.
- Design and roll out high-impact marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, boost attendance, and reflect our brand's positioning.
- Oversee initiatives to achieve targeted ticket sales and enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts align with placemaking goals and established brand image.
- Proven experience in theatre marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and management of data-driven marketing plans that achieve company goals.
- Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
- Strong understanding of the performing arts sector in Australia and associated trends.
- Experience in budget development and control.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the West HQ Marketing team and Sydney Coliseum Theatre team.
