Project Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Engineer to oversee the implementation of mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage workshop fit out projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years' experience in project coordination, engineering, or a similar role.
