Job Title: Centre Operations Manager

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced centre manager to lead our team and drive the strategic development of our childcare service.

We are looking for a centre operations manager who can oversee daily operations, build strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community, and create a positive culture within the centre.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood/Children's Services or similar, and experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve quality of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the centre team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged six weeks to five years
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre operations and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the strategic development of the centre
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood/Children's Services or similar
  • First Aid & CPR certification, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
  • Experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve quality of care and education
