About the Role

At our retail and trade store, we are looking for a skilled Customer Sales Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers, responding to their queries, and making recommendations on products.

In addition to your customer-facing skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive team culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales, and is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by being supportive, enthusiastic, and collaborative.

  • Familiarity with retail systems and processes is an asset.
