About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and motivated individual with a passion for patient care. As a Support and Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome patients and ensure their details are accurately recorded
  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with care and precision
  • Manage billing and correspondence with professionalism
  • Support doctors' clinics and maintain accurate records
  • Be a reliable and friendly voice on the phone, helping patients feel supported

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in medical reception or administration is highly desirable, particularly if you have knowledge of Genie or Gentu systems.
