Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's small team as an experienced Boilermaker specializing in the repair and maintenance of undercarriage components for heavy machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with a focus on restoring structural integrity and ensuring safe, durable repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose structural and mechanical issues in undercarriage components.
  • Perform high-quality welding, cutting, and fabrication work to repair damaged parts.
  • Operate a range of tools and machinery safely, adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure repairs meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain equipment and improve repair processes.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in repairing heavy machinery components, especially undercarriage parts.
  • Proven skills in welding and fabrication, with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow instructions effectively.
  • Forklift Licence required.
