Child and Family Violence Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated practitioner to work at The Orange Door, supporting children and young people impacted by family violence.
This role is a key part of our team, working collaboratively to provide specialist services and ensure the safety of those we support. As a child and family violence specialist, you will be responsible for allocating services, coordinating referrals, and participating in case conferences to address family violence and child vulnerability concerns.
- Work with colleagues to identify and prioritise risks, providing advice and initial responses to referrals.
- Collaborate with an integrated team to coordinate services and develop effective responses to child and family violence.

This role requires experience working with children and families, resilience when dealing with trauma, and the ability to identify and prioritise risks.
