Job Role

The Health and Safety Advisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of employees within an organization. This position involves providing expert advice and support services to facilitate the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of health, safety, and workplace rehabilitation programs.

The incumbent will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of high-level workplace health and safety performance outcomes and ensuring operational service delivery aligns with organizational strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing internal advisory and support services for health, safety, and workplace rehabilitation programs
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of health and safety strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to health and safety
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of health and safety initiatives
Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in health and safety management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as occupational health and safety, public health, or a related discipline
