About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Coordinator to join our team at TheirCare.

As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our before and after school programs.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of children
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve program goals
  • Managing compliance documents and administrative tasks
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and the school community

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in the childcare industry
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification
  • Employee Working with Children's Check
  • Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate
  • HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
  • Food Handling certificate
