  1. Lead Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to the Office of the Independent Regulator.
  2. Develop Communication Strategies: Prepare advice on stakeholder issues and develop communication strategies to engage effectively.
  3. Community Development: Develop and lead a Community of Practice for Child Safe Standards.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with government and non-government stakeholders on child-related matters.
  5. Education and Presentations: Oversee education activities and presentations on the Office's operations.
  6. Advice and Support: Provide specialised advice on engagement techniques and practices.
  7. Evaluation and Improvement: Develop measures to evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement activities.
Requirements:
  1. A Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People is essential.
  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications and a current driver's licence are desirable.
