Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for building dream itineraries for customers and creating lasting memories through active listening and mutual respect.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Share your extensive knowledge of travel destinations and make recommendations to customers based on their interests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing bookings, invoices, and complex systems.

  • Average earnings for a Travel Consultant in their first 12 months are $60k plus super and penalties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry.
