Analytical Performance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.
We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our Investment Performance Analysis & Attribution (PA&A) team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex performance challenges and improve attribution models.
- Developing and mentoring other analysts in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting the performance of Funds, ETFs, and SMAs.
- Delivering and overseeing accurate performance analysis, reports, and technical requests.
- Researching and resolving complex performance issues.
- Leading solutions for complex performance and attribution modeling and process improvements.
- Providing insightful analysis and commentary to support Product Management and Distribution.
- Collaborating with Risk Management and Fund Financial Services to ensure efficient performance & attribution processes.
- Experience in a Financial Services role.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- Preferred: CIPM or CFA qualifications.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
