About the Role: Test Manager

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Lead and manage a team of automation testers, providing technical guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Leading the continuous improvement of the automation testing process, including the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software applications.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
