We are seeking an experienced technical consultant to join our team.
This role involves providing expert advice and guidance on the implementation of CRM solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CRM systems. This includes configuring software, integrating with other systems, and ensuring data security and integrity.
Your expertise in MS D365 CRM will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale implementations to large-scale enterprise deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience working with MS D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning in Model-Driven Apps implementations
- Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, facilitation of decision-making, and managing client expectations
- Ability to estimate large-scale MS D365 CRM implementation programs
