As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering warm and friendly customer service to meet customer needs
  • Coordinating repairs, returns, and credits with suppliers
  • Managing Click & Collect logistics
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies
  • Implementing price changes and conducting safety audits
  • Working closely with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using systems and spreadsheets
  • Ability to deliver amazing customer experiences
  • Physical capability (lifting up to 15kg, moving, climbing ladders)
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills
