We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team at Minda's MyPath Day Options in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring positive outcomes for our clients, enabling them to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Minda is the state's largest not-for-profit provider of disability services, offering a range of support options including supported independent living, employment, community engagement, and allied health services. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be patient, adaptable, and able to work effectively with complex behaviors.
