Job Overview

Our organisation seeks a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the launch of a groundbreaking retirement product. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of marketing financial products, particularly within private markets and retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our business objectives and positions the product competitively within the financial services landscape.
  • Champion the product's market positioning within our new brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance with target audiences.
  • Partner with senior internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with broader business strategy and gain buy-in across the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that meet strategic goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-impact content across digital channels, tailored to adviser and B2B audiences.
  • Design and deliver industry events, webinars, and PR initiatives that build credibility and drive engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform strategy and optimise execution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing, with deep expertise in marketing financial products.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of the adviser landscape.
  • Track record in delivering campaigns designed to meet sales targets and build brands.
  • Experience in introducing new revenue streams and product propositions into existing businesses.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Extensive experience across the full marketing mix, including brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, events, PR, and sales enablement.
