We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven professional to fill the role of Customer Service/Internal Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting appropriate timber products, offering expert advice on product features, pricing, and availability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Internal Sales:
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by actively engaging in sales activities and contributing to revenue growth.
    • Proactively contact existing and potential customers to generate sales leads and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
    • Expand knowledge of timber-related regulations, certifications, and environmental standards to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
