About us

Heritage Products is located in Carole Park, Brisbane and supply South East Queensland with a range of timber products.

We are part of The Finlayson Group, a family business established in 1875 operating in the Qld and NSW timber sawmilling, manufacturing and distribution industries.

We are looking for a Timber Machinist to join our team.

The applicant could be a qualified timber machinist or a 3rd or 4th year apprentice.

Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

  • setting up and running timber moulders
  • profile grinding
  • maintaining safe work practices and good housekeeping

Qualifications & experience

  • Qualified wood machinist or
  • 3rd or 4th year apprentice wood machinist
  • Machine operation experience essential
  • Fork lift ticket preferred but not essential
