Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations at our Plenty Valley store. This involves leading by example, supporting and inspiring team members to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage store operations and maintain a high level of customer service
  
• Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
  
• Ensure accurate stock management and control, including receiving, storing, and selling merchandise
  
• Monitor and manage employee rosters and wage expenses to optimize productivity and minimize costs
  
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability through effective inventory management and pricing strategies
  
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  
• Strong operational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
