About the Role

The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, setting an example by supporting and inspiring the team to achieve store results.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately AU$80,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as an annual clothing allowance, performance-based bonus opportunities, a generous staff discount, and a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you'll need previous retail management experience, strong operational skills, stock management expertise, visual merchandising exposure, and experience completing rosters and managing wage expenses.

You should also have a proven track record of achieving budgets, targets, and KPIs, as well as an agile personality and enthusiasm for fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
