About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Operations Specialist to join our team at Hudson Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To engage with funded organisations and ensure programs are delivered consistently with grant agreements.
  • To build relationships with stakeholders, including the not-for-profit community sector and governments.
  • To gather local intelligence to inform policy development and program re-design.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in roles such as Contract or Program Manager, Grants Manager, or Compliance Officer. Training will be provided, and occasional travel may be required.

Essential Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties for the position include assessing and monitoring the performance of funded organisations, addressing instances of poor performance or non-compliance, building relationships with organisations to assist them in delivering their services, and identifying and escalating issues and risks that may impact policy or program outcomes.

What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary range of $83,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
