We are seeking a skilled metalworker to join our production team and contribute to delivering high-quality signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate signage components using materials like aluminium and steel.
  • Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Operate workshop tools and machinery under supervision.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various components, ensuring structural integrity and visual quality.
  • Conduct quality checks and assist in preparing signage for finishing and installation.
  • Support the production team in general workshop duties including materials handling and equipment maintenance.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant trade qualification in metal fabrication or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a fabrication or workshop environment.
  • Basic MIG and/or TIG welding skills and experience working with aluminium or mild steel.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication plans.
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Awareness of safety protocols and a commitment to working safely.
