Job Summary

This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining our automated invoice processing system, collaborating closely with the Accounts Payable team to optimize daily workflows and ensure accurate and timely payment execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Exflow, receiving comprehensive training as part of onboarding.
  • Partner with the AP team to manage day-to-day operations, guaranteeing seamless and efficient transaction processing.
  • Resolve supplier inquiries and engage in collaborative efforts with IT, suppliers, and internal business units.
  • Prepare and reconcile supplier statements, rectifying any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Execute both scheduled and ad-hoc payment runs in accordance with established company policies.
  • Document and refine key AP processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support the Manager – Corporate Accounting by updating AP performance reports in Excel and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to Payment Times Reporting and provide necessary data as required.
  • Lead a project focused on cleaning up a backlog of outdated and partially received purchase orders within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
