  • Delivering exceptional general reception duties
  • Preparing invoices accurately
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks or specific projects as required

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • The ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • A problem-solving nature
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and computer confidence
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Previous accounts payable/receivable experience is desirable
