We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Administration Planner to join our operations team, focusing on inventory management, customer service, and process improvement.

  • You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating import and export logistics, and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Collaborating with our operations team, you will identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor results to ensure optimal performance.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and solve problems autonomously will be essential to your success.

You will bring:

  • Relevant experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry or function.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new competencies.

Requirements

  • A current National Police Clearance (no older than six months old).
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • An NDIS worker check.
  • Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
  • 100 points of identification.
