About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Dandenong site. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing projects and teams to design, develop, and commission new or improved production equipment and technical projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time project completion within scope and budget.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage projects and teams to design, develop, and commission new or improved production equipment and technical projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project completion within scope and budget.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements



  • Confident in engineering principles, preferably in process control, automation, or control systems.
  • Exposure to working in the Manufacturing industry would be ideal.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritise, support deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
