About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tour Product Manager to join our team at AA Appointments, a leading travel and hospitality recruitment specialist. As a Tour Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing unique art, history, and cultural tour itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage tour itineraries that showcase the best of the arts sector, working closely with tour leaders and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours, from concept to completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to negotiate contracts and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales team to launch new tours and promote existing ones.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a travel company, preferably in operations or product development.
  • A passion for the arts and humanities sector, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
