Property Management Role

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 100 residential properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Managing repairs and maintenance requests

Representing the landlord at tribunal hearings, preparing lease agreements, and delivering exceptional customer service are also critical aspects of this role.

To succeed as a Property Manager, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in property management, property officer or leasing consultant roles
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
