We are seeking a Golf Services Attendant to join our team at Links Golf & Wellbeing.

">About the Role

The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service and have previous golf industry experience. They will help the team undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the effective daily operations of the resort, including processing guest/member check-ins and bookings, carrying out and signing off daily opening and closing procedures, maintaining and administration of rental equipment, general golf cart duties, and maintaining all golf operations areas.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Golf Operations:
  • Process guest/member check-ins and bookings in the Golf Pro Shop.
  • Carry out and sign off daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain and administer rental equipment, including clubs, shoes, and carts.
  • Perform general golf cart duties and manage golf cart fleet.
  • Maintain all golf operations areas, including the driving range.
">Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sensational customer service with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ensures all golf rules are interpreted and enforced.
  • A team player who is also able to work autonomously from time to time.
  • Previous experience working in the golf industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and impeccable grooming expected in a corporate setting.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts on different days and times.
