Senior Owners Corporation Manager opportunity available for experienced professionals in a dynamic and growing business.

This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of high-rise buildings, working closely with a team and being supported by accounts, assistants, and team leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Owners Corporation management, strong administration skills, and knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act. Accreditation through the SCA is also required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small-medium portfolio of high-rise buildings, with opportunities for growth into a Team Leader role or business development.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

Salary:$110,000-$120,000K + Super, dependent on experience

The Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-rise buildings
  • Working closely with a team and being supported by accounts, assistants, and team leaders

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
