We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team, providing a safe and inclusive environment that promotes child safety, well-being, participation, empowerment, cultural safety, and awareness for all children.
Main Responsibilities:- Support children's learning and development, including contributing to the educational program and practice
- Deliver an approved learning framework and support its implementation
- Develop strong relationships with children and families
- Contribute to daily routines of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Adhere to service policies, regulations, and legislation, promoting a culture of compliance and quality care
- A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification is required
- Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
- Knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting
- A passion for delivering high-quality care, combined with enthusiasm and commitment, will be highly valued
- A current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate are also required
