We are dedicated to delivering effective mental health interventions that support individuals recovering from psychological injuries, helping them regain confidence and improve their overall well-being.

This is a full-time role ideal for experienced practitioners who can provide strong clinical support, structured development opportunities, and diverse client work.

Our team values collaboration and holistic approaches to recovery. You will play a key role in assessing the psychological needs of clients and delivering targeted interventions to support their recovery.

  • Work directly with clients to deliver meaningful psychological care within our established program.
  • Engage with a broad client population, supporting individuals with various psychological presentations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors, and Mental Health Specialists in a team that prioritizes shared learning and clinical excellence.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • SIRA registration or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
  • Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset, with experience working in a collaborative environment
  • (Desirable) Understanding of the compensable injury sector
