Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for process improvements and technology to join our finance team.

As an Outsourced Finance & Advisory Graduate, you will be involved in various tasks, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions.

You will also assist in the preparation of Management accounts, month-end close processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and IT skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions efficiently
  • Assist in the preparation of Management accounts, month-end close processes, and reporting accurately
  • Support cloud app ecosystem advisory and implementations effectively
  • Contribute to process improvement projects successfully
  • Communicate and deal with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Research, analyze, and interpret data accurately
Requirements
  • Completed or about to complete a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or related field
  • Full working rights for Australia
  • Willingness to undertake/already undertaking CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work full-time as a Graduate
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Macro skills beneficial
