The primary role of this position is to ride horses and educate them at various stages, from young and inexperienced horses to older racehorses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ride between 8-10 horses in the morning
  • Provide instruction to horses at all stages, including young & inexperienced horses, colts, and older racehorses
  • Perform barrier education, jumpouts, and timed fast work
  • Work Monday to Saturday, mornings only, with opportunities for full-time work and attendance at race days

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience riding pace/timed work
  • Ability to educate horses at all stages
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
