Job Opportunity: HRBP or Employment Relations Consultant APAC

We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP or Employment Relations Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations and performance management issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose employee relations and performance management issues, providing coaching and development opportunities for managers and employees.
  • Manage and resolve misconduct, disciplinary, and grievance cases, including conducting workplace investigations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR programs, including company check-in engagement surveys, leadership development, annual rewards, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Qualified and experienced HRBP or ER Consultant with strong engagement and comfortability working with front-line and mid-management teams.
  • Solid knowledge of HR concepts, local/regional employment laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRBP or ER Consultant role.
  • Desirable: understanding of High Tech/Digital Transformation.
