Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team in delivering new build commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in project delivery.

The Role

You will work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Managers, gaining exposure to early-stage client engagement and playing a key role in the day-to-day coordination of active sites. The projects include a mix of new builds, refurbishments, and complex fit-outs, typically across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with planning, program tracking, and site coordination
  • Reviewing scopes, tender returns, and drafting contract documentation
  • Monitoring budgets and financial reporting with the PM
  • Attending consultant meetings and helping resolve design issues
  • Supporting early bid and tender processes
  • Contributing to project documentation, HSEQ tracking, and reporting
The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will require 5+ years' experience delivering new build commercial construction projects for a Head Contractor. You will also need longevity in Contract Administrator or Senior Project Coordinator roles, ready to step up into the PM pathway. Exposure to education, health, hospitality, or institutional building projects is highly desirable.
