About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Incident Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve assessing, investigating and compiling relevant information to support all incidents and complaints from initial receipt to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in managing and resolving incidents and complaints.
  • Incident Investigation and Resolution: You will assess, investigate and compile relevant information to support all incidents and complaints from initial receipt to resolution.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: You will record and document all incidents and complaints actions and resolutions to a consistently high quality.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: You will manage the incidents and complaints process in accordance with legal, risk and compliance requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a dispute resolution role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A high level of motivation and ability to handle a high-volume environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of best practice administration processes and procedures.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
  • A team player mentality and commitment to a high-performance culture.
