We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team in the newly established Project Acceleration Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and overseeing project governance frameworks, ensuring projects remain strategically focused and operationally effective.

The ideal candidate will be a key representative regarding the project on behalf of the Project Acceleration Office to all stakeholders, providing authoritative advice on the project to senior leaders, managers, and staff while simultaneously providing ongoing advocacy for the project and effective management of expectations on all sides.

Responsibilities include preparing submissions, briefs, reports, and correspondence of a complex nature relating to the planning coordination and implementation of multiple projects, providing leadership, support, and direction to project staff to ensure the successful management of all aspects of the program of work, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating project finalisation, and performing risk analysis to identify issues requiring corrective action and managing risks to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, departmental strategies, policies, standards, and systems.

In this role, you will develop communication strategies and quality assurance processes and protocols to evaluate and measure the achievement of agreed project outcomes.
