The Role:
- The Product Manager will be part of an accelerated team, providing strategic capabilities across our organization.
- The Product Manager will own and champion a product, enabling customers to discover and engage with health and wellness solutions, while empowering practitioners to manage new and existing customers.
- The Product Manager has a strategic role, understanding market trends, business objectives, and commercial opportunities to define product strategy and vision, and make informed decisions around product direction.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working in agile delivery environments as a Product Manager.
- Solid knowledge of Lean product development and customer-centric approaches.
- Ability to drive execution of the Product roadmap to deliver early value, including overcoming challenges in execution to deliver the right outcomes.
- Experience building relationships and influencing at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to communicate, facilitate, collaborate, and lead, knowing when to use each approach effectively.
- An appreciation for Human-Centered Design methodologies.
- Experience working across multiple streams in fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environments with a systems thinking mindset.
- Ability to build technical knowledge at pace.
