  • As a Store Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and leading a team of sales floor staff. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring that our products are displayed effectively, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual displays.
  • You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, receiving and processing shipments, and performing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and creating a positive and engaging store environment.
  • In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with guests

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and trends

• Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and perform store opening and closing procedures
