Job Title: Store Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Leader to join our team at Lorna Jane Brisbane City store.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership style, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer experience and ensure a phenomenal in-store experience for all customers.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team to deliver on store targets and KPIs.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping to maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Roster your team in line with store trading hours to ensure adequate staff levels during peak periods.
  • Influence the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
